This Sunday, a boy accidentally locked himself inside a gun safe at a Sacramento Costco.

The 11-year-old wandered away from his parents, climbed into a gun safe on display, and closed the door behind him.

When employees could not get the safe open, fire fighters were called to the scene. The safe was eventually opened by store employees.

Unfortunately the boy was not hurt.

A Costco spokesperson said it will either remove the safes from the floor or secure the safes so kids can’t do this in the future.

In light of the incident, Costco also decided to drain the gasoline from all of the chainsaws on display, and have removed all guillotines and loaded firearms from the floor as well.
